Due to their expansion plans in Poland, we are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager.Job description:Main responsibility will concentrate on the evaluation of the current sales team and on the preparation of a new sales strategy.- Establishing and maintaining a strong team of direct reports- Managing and evaluating sales representatives- Conducting training for sales representatives- Introducing new products into the market in an active way, performing sales data analysis, providing market feedback to the Production and Quality departments- Preparation and execution of the sales budget for domestic customers- Tracking the activities and plans of competing companies in Poland- Ensuring the promotion of the good image of the Group and of the Company- Ensuring the promotion and support for all products to all customers in Poland- Ensuring the flow of information between management and the sales representatives- Cooperating with other departments of the Company to improve the efficiency and performance of these departments and of the entire Company- Ensuring the proper activities are undertaken to continuously improve customer satisfaction- Cooperation in the field of marketing activities with other departmentsRequirements:- 5 -8 years of successful professional background in a company operating in the packaging sector.- College degree or equivalent.- Solid background in people management, proven change management experience.- Enthusiastic, proactive, self- starter.- Fluency in English, Polish.- Very good organisation skills.- Readiness for travelling across dedicated region.
