The company has been present in Poland since the ''90s and currently hires more than 200 people (factory and operations).Currently we are looking for a suitable person for the position of a Regional (CEE- Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania) Sales Manager, responsible for the company''s growth by developing mainly private labels business.Job description:- Willing to work outside of Warsaw (on the production site, ca. 150km from Warsaw, with one day of home office)- Build a strong and efficient regional (CEE) sales team- Develop the current business both in volume and profitability- Identify new opportunities and turn them into profitable business- Manage the customer relationship (contracts, NPD) very independently (regional customers) as well as in close collaboration with Headquarters (regarding international accounts)- Establish and develop a business plan- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities in private labels- Monitor, analyze sales and market trends while being autonomous regarding independent Clients- Clients' negotiations in collaboration with the production plant in order to optimize costs and industrial feasibility related to the market/Client(s)- Responsible for managing and controlling the sales budget- Administrative & logistic follow-up- Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company's strategic goals- Follow-up & realization of existing and ongoing export contracts in the region CEE- Interaction & animation of the wholesalers and their sales forceRequirements:- Sales, marketing and management educational background (graduate level) - At least 5 years of working experience in the FMCG sector, out of which 3 to 5 years required experience as a key account or sales manager responsible for private labels- Experience from an international group or from a Polish company (with past experience within a multinational company)- Business Developer, strong negotiator and entrepreneur minded- Leader, with coaching aptitudes to teach teams- Rigorous, autonomous and well-organized- Mobile (up to 50% of time in travel) Apply...
