He/she will ensure implementation of the plan to drive profitable business for the company in the indicated region or set of accounts within the limits set by his/her line manager.Key Tasks And Responsibilities- To meet sales targets necessary to achieve defined Company financial objectives.- To deliver own revenue, Gross Margin, Incremental Contract Value (ICV) and customer satisfaction targets as required by the business- To be responsible for delivering overall growth of sales of the Company within a set of accounts or all accounts within a sub region or market sector of Central Eastern Europe Russia&CIS- To develop strategies and objectives to address the needs a set of accounts or all accounts within a sub region or market sector of Central Eastern Europe & CIS, to achieve Revenue and ICV quotas, new business opportunities, and the increase of customer satisfaction.- To develop commercially sound solutions that influence business unit results and improve customer relationships.- To work closely with Contract & Project Management Departments to ensure sound contract management and delivery.- To proactively seek innovative ways to expand the business scope of new and existing contracts through a solid understanding and always current grasp of the changing and future needs of the client base- To represent the company's sales strategy to demonstrate the value of the Company's capability in the market to ensure that customers can derive the benefit from their investment in technology- To build strong working relationships with peers within Russia, Central Eastern Europe & CIS in order to deliver on client expectations, customer service levels delivering right first time to maintain customer satisfaction objectives .Kogo szukamyKey skills and experience- A demonstrable record of consistent over achievement of sales quotas in business solutions sales environments (Telco / IT).- Proficient in account planning, with an understanding of territory management.- Excellent communicator who is able to articulate the value proposition of our client.- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations and scheduled events in the region.- Fluency in English.Apply...
